Lost at Sea Activity
INSTRUCTIONS:
Can you survive?
You’re stranded on a fancy yacht that caught fire (not your fault… probably). Most of the gear is toast, the boat’s going under, and you’re somewhere about 1,000 miles from anywhere useful. Time to make some tough survival calls.
Part 1 Solo Survival: On your own, rank 15 items from the most to least important to your survival. Use the SOLO link or QR code below. No peeking at others’ answers! Don’t check your individual score until after Part 2.
Part 2 Team Survival: Same 15 items, but now the challenge is you must agree to one group list. Teams of 3–5 discuss and create a team ranking. One person per team enters the ranking using the TEAM link or QR code below. Debate. Convince. Survive!
Part 3 Compare & Debrief: Time to reveal your solo score and see how it stacks up against your team score. The “Expert” rankings come from the U.S. Coast Guard—so yeah, they know a thing or two about survival. Click Here to see the full expert reasoning and ranking breakdown.
Debrief Questions:
Who made it out alive—and who’s ghosting us from the afterlife?
Did your team help or hurt your chances of survival?
What did this reveal about how your team makes decisions?
When you disagreed, how did you handle it—discussion, domination, or diplomacy?
