This is a starting point, not a test.
The Team Tension Snapshot is not a pass-fail test! It captures a moment-in-time view of each person's experience.
Small steps matter.
We’re not trying to solve everything in one meeting. The goal is to begin talking more productively, one conversation at a time.
Perspective is the point.
Each person has a different perspective on the team. Together, they create a fuller picture of how your team can grow stronger.

Create a Team Codename.
Choose a simple but unique team codename, something specific to your team. Everyone must enter the exact same codename when starting the survey. This links your anonymous responses to generate the team report.
Access the Survey.
Everyone will complete the Team Tension Snapshot survey on their own device by scanning the QR code or using the link below.
Viewing the Team Report.
Once everyone has finished, scan the Team Report QR code or use the report link below to view your team results. The report won’t be saved, so be sure to screenshot or print it as a PDF to keep a copy.
