Instead of just learning about teamwork, your team actively practices it.

  • A Convo is our flagship interactive video experience designed to spark meaningful team conversations. Teams navigate the content together by making choices that steer the discussion, encouraging active participation and tailored insights. Think of it as a workshop in video form, but way more engaging and adaptable to your team’s needs.

    Our “Convo” experiences are designed for teams of all sizes, across industries, whether you’re a remote team, hybrid, or in-office. If you’re looking for ways to strengthen your team and dig into meaningful dialogue, then TeamXP is right for you!

  • Full Convo experiences take about 45 minutes and Mini-Convos are about 15 minutes, but everything is also flexible.

    You are in the driver's seat! Teams can pause, revisit sections, or dive deeper into discussions, depending on their time and interest.

    Whether the full Convo or a Mini-Convo, each experience is designed to fit seamlessly into busy team schedules without feeling rushed.

  • No facilitator is required! In fact, it’s best if no one is the “expert.” Convos guide your team through the experience step by step, making it easy to start and stay engaged.

    We do recommend designating a member of the team as the Convo Leader. This role simply drives the video, tracks time, and reviews activity resources for the Convo. There is a resource provided for your Convo Leader to understand their responsibilities.
