When you create a free member account, the mini-Convo How’s The Water? is automatically added to your Convo Library.
Try it with your team, no cost, no risk. It’s a perfect way to experience how a Convo works and see the impact it can have.

The great news is that you’re in control of the pace, moving at the speed that works for your team. The interactive videos guide you, but it’s your team’s discussion and interaction that determine how much time is worth spending—unlike other platforms that lock you into a set timeline.
TeamXP offers three types of Convos to fit your team’s time and needs:
Convos are our standard experience, typically taking 45–60 minutes.
Workshops include a kickoff and three related Convos, totaling about 4 hours of team experience. You decide whether to tackle it all at once or spread it out.
Mini-Convos are quick hits, usually wrapping up in 20–30 minutes.

Once purchased, the Convo is added to your Convo Library.

Select a Convo Leader.
Pick someone from the team to act as the Convo Leader. This person will drive the video and have a heads up on the Convo activities to ensure smooth transitions during the discussion. A guide for the Convo Leader is provided with each Convo.Gather the Team.
Set a time for your team to meet in-person or virtually. All you need is a screen to share the Convo experience.Press Play.
The account owner logs into the account, opens your Convo Library, and starts the session. Just press play!Follow the Prompts.

Only the account owner needs to log in to access the Convo. Everyone else just needs to show up to the meeting. Whether you’re gathering in person or virtually, everything works seamlessly. No individual logins, no setup, no hassle.

It is important to select a Convo Leader to support the session. A guide for the Convo Leader is provided with each Convo that will give them a heads up on how to access activities based on your team's needs.

All your purchased Convos are stored in your Convo Library. Just log in to your member account using the button in the bottom right corner of our website.

Each Convo comes with 60 days of access. When that time is up, the Convo will no longer be available in your Library.
Team Builder content does not expire.

Yes! You can purchase multiple Convos in a single transaction. Each one will appear in your Convo Library with its own 60-day access window starting from the time of purchase.

Troubleshooting
Convo Not Cooperating? Let’s Make It Right.

First, try logging out of your account and then logging back in. This usually refreshes your Library.
If it’s still not showing up, reach out to us at support@teamxp.co and we’ll get it sorted right away.

This is usually easily fixed by just refreshing the page.
If it happens in the middle of a Convo, refresh the page and use the purple menu button on the right to jump back to where you left off.

First, make sure everyone is using the correct link shared during the Convo. If the activity isn’t loading, try refreshing the page or opening the link in a different browser.
In some cases, an organization’s firewall may block access. If that happens, your IT team can whitelist tmxp.io to resolve the issue.

The Convo Leader is the person who launches the session and helps guide the team through the experience. They don’t need to be an expert facilitator—their role is simply to be familiar with the flow, know what activities are coming, and keep the conversation moving.
While the team leader can take on this role, they don’t have to. Assigning a team member as the Convo Leader can be a great way to build ownership and engagement.
The Convo itself does most of the heavy lifting. The Convo Leader just keeps an eye on timing, knows how to access the digital activities, and helps the team stay on track.
Convo Leaders should receive the 1-page guide that’s emailed to the account owner after purchase. This quick reference helps them prepare for the session.

You don’t need to be an expert. The Convo does the heavy lifting with built-in facilitation, prompts, and clear instructions. Your role is to set the tone, create space for participation, and keep the conversation flowing.
We highly recommend selected a team member to be the Convo Leader for each session. A guide was emailed to the account owner that will give the Convo Leader a heads up on details and options for the experience.
Here are few additional tips:
Start with intention. Let the team know why you’re doing this and what you hope to gain together.
Encourage voices. Invite everyone to share, but don’t force it. Some may warm up as the session goes on.

Follow the flow. Use the video, pause points, and activity guides, they’re built to keep things on track.
Most importantly, enjoy it. These conversations are meant to bring your team closer and spark growth in real time.

Set the stage. Let your team know what to expect, this isn’t a training, it’s a conversation. The goal is reflection, insight, and connection.
Block focused time. Schedule the session so everyone can be fully present, whether you’re in-person or virtual.
Limit distractions. Ask team members to close laptops, silence notifications, and be ready to engage.
Create a safe space. Encourage openness and remind your team there are no wrong answers, just honest dialogue.
