Running A Session:
Choose a Convo Leader
Pick someone (yourself or a team member) to guide the session. A quick review upfront helps keep things on track and test access to the Convo activities.
Gather Your Team
Meet virtually or in person—whatever works best for your team.
Log In & Press Play
The account owner logs in, selects the Convo, and starts the video. No extra logins or setup required.
Start the Conversation
Follow the video prompts and built-in activities to spark real, meaningful team dialogue.
