Through a fast word-sorting activity and a listening challenge, your team will explore how each person experiences the team environment and practice the listening that transforms teams.

Led by Coach Jared, this interactive session helps your team build awareness, share perspectives, and create a stronger team experience.

Team Session Success

It’s surprisingly easy!

  • A little prep goes a long way in making your Convo experience impactful. Here’s how to set your team up for success:

    • Set the stage. Let your team know what to expect, this isn’t a training, it’s a conversation. The goal is reflection, insight, and connection.

    • Block focused time. Schedule the session so everyone can be fully present, whether you’re in-person or virtual.

    • Limit distractions. Ask team members to close laptops, silence notifications, and be ready to engage.

    • Create a safe space. Encourage openness and remind your team there are no wrong answers, just honest dialogue.

    • Review the Convo Leader guide. If you’re leading the session (or assigning someone who is), skim the 1-page guide sent after purchase to feel ready and confident.

With just a little intention up front, your team will be ready to dive in and get the most out of the experience.

  • The ideal size is your entire team! Convos are built to include everyone.

If you’re working with a larger group, don’t worry—many Convos include prompts and suggestions for when it might be helpful to break into smaller groups for certain activities or discussions. The goal is to make sure every voice has a chance to be heard.

  • Convos are designed to do the heavy lifting to help your team get there. But a few small actions on your part can make a big difference:

    • Don’t force it. You can invite people in, but you can’t make the conversation meaningful for them. Focus on creating a space that feels safe, open, and worth showing up for.

    • Be present. Create space where your team can focus, no multitasking, no distractions.

    • Model openness. Share your thoughts honestly. When leaders go first, others feel safe to follow.

    • Use the prompts. The Convo includes powerful questions and activities to spark real dialogue, lean into them.

    • Listen more than you talk. Encourage curiosity. Ask follow-up questions. Let the conversation breathe.

    • Trust the process. Even if things start slow, teams often find their rhythm after a few minutes. Stick with it.

  • Yes! You can pause a Convo at any time and pick it back up whenever it works for your team.

If you have to close it out and retunr later, use the purple menu button on the right side of the screen to jump to any section and resume right where you left off.

  • The unique thing about Convos is that the goal isn’t to walk away with a list of action items, it’s to have a meaningful conversation. When that happens, the right actions and connections tend to follow naturally.

The best next step? Plan your next meaningful conversation. Talk as a team about which topic feels most relevant or intriguing, and keep the momentum going. Growth happens one great conversation at a time.
